Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Office SupportAssist in daily office activities and coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
- Handle basic filing and document management
- 2. Inventory & Stock AssistanceHelp in checking and arranging stock
- Maintain basic stock records (manual or digital)
- Assist in packing and dispatch coordination when required
- 3. Administrative WorkHandle basic data entry (Excel / billing software)
- Maintain invoices, bills, and receipts
- Assist in preparing reports when required
- 4. Coordination WorkSupport communication between staff and management
- Assist in handling courier and deliveries
- Run small errands if needed
- RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps / WhatsApp / simple Excel
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions properly
- Prior experience in office/shop work is a plus
- Working HoursTiming: [e.g., 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM]
