Job Title: Storekeeper

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:We are looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage day-to-day warehouse (godown) operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring proper stock records and housekeeping.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming materials and verify quantities.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
• Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in physical inventory audits.
• Organize goods systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
• Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or wastage.
• Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams regarding stock requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the godown.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Prepare daily stock and inward/outward reports.
• RequirementsMinimum 0-2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and inventory software is preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and handle goods when required.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
