Job Description
Store Captain – Job Description
The Store Captain is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, leading the team, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering an excellent customer experience while following all company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and staff.
- Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle inventory ordering and stock management.
- Manage billing, cash, and POS operations.
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and resolve customer concerns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Sales Target Achievement
- Food Cost Control (Target: ~37%)
- Audit Score (85%+)
- Customer Satisfaction & Reviews
- Inventory Accuracy & Wastage Control
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a QSR, restaurant, or retail supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
