Job Description:
We are looking for a Store Manager to handle the daily operations of our laundry store.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the store from opening to closing.
- Generate invoices for all customers.
- Supervise the washerman, ironman, and runners.
- Handle customer queries politely.
- Use the CRM system and mobile app for daily work.
- Maintain smooth store operations.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Basic Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use mobile applications.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Sincere, disciplined, and responsible.
