Job Description

Company Overview: Bikester Global is a leading multi-brand retail and e-commerce destination for premium motorcycle riding gear and accessories. We offer a curated range of helmets, jackets, gloves, luggage, and riding essentials from trusted brands, with a strong focus on rider safety, comfort, and quality.


Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service while driving retail sales.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable motorcycle gear and accessories.
  • Achieve sales targets through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Explain product features, fit, safety, and usage confidently.
  • Process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
  • Manage stock replenishment, special orders, and inventory checks.
  • Maintain clean displays and strong visual merchandising standards.
  • Support daily store operations and assist the team as needed.
