Job Description Full Time Tax Specialist
Company: SIPM & Associates
Location: Ghatkopar
Position: Full Time Tax Specialist
Experience Required: 3–4 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monthly TDS working and payment processing
- Preparation and management of Form 15CA / 15CB for foreign remittances
- Filing of Form 10F and follow-up for TRC & No-PE declarations
- Quarterly TDS return filing and compliance management
- Handling revised TDS returns as per requirements
- Downloading and issuing TDS certificates
- Clause 34 reconciliation on monthly intervals
- 26AS reconciliation and verification
- Download and maintenance of TDS challans and records
- Coordination with clients and internal teams for tax compliance matters
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of TDS provisions and compliance
- Experience in TDS return filing and reconciliations
- Familiarity with foreign remittance documentation and procedures
- Working knowledge of Income Tax portals and compliance tools
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments efficiently
