- 📋 Job SummaryAap ek 15-20 insurance advisors ki team ko manage karenge.
- Aapka main focus daily, weekly, aur monthly targets achieve karne par hoga, saath hi high service quality aur Zero-escalation maintain karna hoga.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: 15-20 advisors ki team ko lead karna.
- Performance Tracking: Daily call activities, lead allocation, aur follow-ups ko monitor karna.
- Sales Targets: Renewals, cross-sell, aur new policy targets ko drive karna.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Team ko coaching dena, feedback share karna, aur daily huddles conduct karna.
- Operational Excellence: Discipline, attendance, aur performance hygiene maintain karna.
- Conflict Resolution: Escalation calls handle karna aur customer objections par advisors ko guide karna.
- Reporting: Daily MIS publish karna aur productivity metrics track karna.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Performance improvement ke liye QA, Training, aur Operations teams ke saath coordinate karna.
- Compliance: IRDAI regulations aur company processes ka full compliance ensure karna
- Required SkillsStrong leadership aur people management skills.
- Health insurance sales ka deep knowledge.
- Digital leads ko handle karne ka experience.
- Excellent communication aur objection-handling skills.
- Pressure mein kaam karne aur targets deliver karne ki ability.
