We're Hiring Team Leaders - Mumbai | Paytm EDC Business
Exciting leadership opportunities at Paytm for professionals who are passionate about building high-performing sales teams and driving merchant acquisition.
We are looking for dynamic Team Leaders to lead the EDC (Swipe Machine) sales. Team handling experience must.
Role: Team Leader - EDC Sales
Preference- EDC sales background.
Location: Western Mumbai & Central Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and motivate a team of field sales executives
* Drive EDC machine deployments and merchant onboarding
* Monitor team productivity and daily field activity
* Coach team members to achieve and exceed targets Ensure strong merchant relationships and activation
Eligibility:
✔ 2-5 years of experience in field sales / fintech / payments
✔️Experience in managing a sales team preferred Strong leadership and communication skills
✔️Passion for building and scaling a sales business
