Job Description

Telesales Executive – Digital Marketing & Website Development We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Telesales Executive who is ready to work with us and grow with our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:Research and mine business data, including contact details such as emails, phone numbers, and decision-maker information.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services and website development solutions.
  • Explain our services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website design, and web development.
  • Understand client requirements and identify opportunities to offer suitable digital solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and website development services (training can be provided).
  • Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
