Job Description
Telesales Executive – Digital Marketing & Website Development We are looking for a motivated and growth-oriented Telesales Executive who is ready to work with us and grow with our organization.
- Key Responsibilities:Research and mine business data, including contact details such as emails, phone numbers, and decision-maker information.
- Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services and website development solutions.
- Explain our services, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, website design, and web development.
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities to offer suitable digital solutions.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client interaction.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and website development services (training can be provided).
- Strong lead generation and negotiation skills.
