Job Description

1) Attending Client's calls and addressing all their software queries in a timely manner.

2) Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

3) Conducting Online Demo & Training for New & Existing Clients.

4) Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software.

5) Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.

6) Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.

7) Conducting research on the potential Client's database as per the requirement


Skills /Qualifications as well as Terms & Conditions:

  1. Vacancy is for Female Candidates residing between (Bandra to Borivali )only.
  2. Good command of written and spoken English
  3. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
  4. Any Graduate

Job Timings: 10 am - 7 pm
