Job Description
Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and connect with student leads.
- Follow up with prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain EduOptions’ study abroad services and guide students on the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into counselling appointments and admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling team for student follow-ups and documentation.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Confident and persuasive speaking skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred.
