Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects or handle inbound calls from customers using established scripts.
- Identify potential leads, qualify them, and build a pipeline for the sales team.
- Answer questions regarding company offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Call back leads or existing clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a polite demeanor under pressure.
