Job DescriptionJaria Properties is looking for motivated and confident Telecallers who can connect with clients and generate quality leads for our real estate business.
Your role will involve calling potential customers, explaining property details, building trust, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

- ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain property details and offers clearly
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested clients
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Work closely with the sales team to close deals
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi / English (Marathi is a bonus)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Experience in telecalling/sales preferred
