Job Description (JD) – Personal Loan Sales Executive
Job SummaryThe Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for generating personal loan business through telecalling, customer follow-ups, and lead conversion. The primary objective is to achieve monthly sales targets by making daily outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely loan processing from lead generation to disbursement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake a minimum of 200 outbound calls daily to generate personal loan leads.
- Identify customer requirements and explain personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with interested customers until loan closure and disbursement.
- Collect and verify all required documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit, operations, and backend teams for faster loan approvals.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM or daily tracker.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Outbound Calls: Minimum 200 calls per day
- Customer Follow-ups: 50+ follow-up calls daily
- Qualified Leads: Generate quality loan inquiries every day
- Loan Closures: Convert leads into successful loan applications and disbursements
- Daily Reporting: Submit call reports, lead status, and closure updates
- Monthly TargetsAchieve assigned personal loan sales target.
- Meet the monthly loan disbursement target.
- Maintain a high lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
