Job Description – Telecaller (Customer Relationship & Order Follow-up)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Telecaller to stay connected with our existing customers, generate new orders, and increase store visits through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call existing customers to inform them about new product arrivals.

- Call customers to generate new orders and understand their product requirements.

- Send product photos, catalogues, and new arrival updates via WhatsApp.

- Ask customers about their planned shopping visit and record the expected visit date in an Excel sheet.

- Call customers 2 days before their planned visit as a reminder.

- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and maintain long-term relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, orders, follow-ups, and visit schedules in Excel.

- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer orders and planned store visits.

- Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate product information.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong convincing, follow-up, and customer handling skills.

- Positive attitude with excellent time management and record-keeping skills.

Qualification

- Minimum: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage.
