Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and answer customer queries.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and sales opportunities.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Only female candidates preferred.
Prior telecalling/customer handling experience preferred.
Location - Goregaon
Time - 10 AM To 7 PM
