Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Calling & OutreachMake outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases, referrals, LinkedIn leads, and marketing inquiries.

• Introduce Cosmic Entertainment's services and create interest among prospects.
• Conduct initial qualification based on business requirements, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Maintain a professional and positive communication experience during every interaction.

🔹 Appointment & Meeting SchedulingSchedule discovery calls, presentations, and meetings for the Business Development team.

• Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet responded.
• Ensure accurate recording of meeting details and client requirements.

🔹 Lead Management & CRM UpdatesMaintain and update lead records, call logs, and follow-up schedules in the CRM tracker.

• Track lead status from first contact to meeting confirmation.
• Ensure all prospect information is documented accurately for future communication.

🔹 Follow-Ups & NurturingConduct regular follow-up calls and messages with prospective clients.

• Re-engage inactive leads and nurture potential opportunities.
• Share relevant information, service details, and company credentials with prospects when required.

🔹 Coordination & SupportCoordinate with the Sales and Business Development team regarding qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

• Assist in collecting basic client requirements before proposal discussions.
• Support smooth lead handover to the concerned team for further sales discussions.

🔹 ReportingSubmit daily call reports, lead status updates, and follow-up summaries.

• Maintain targets related to calls made, appointments scheduled, and qualified leads generated.
• Share weekly performance updates with management.
