Job Description

Job Title: Experienced Telecaller

Location: Colaba, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain our services.

✅ Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.

✅ Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients.

✅ Address objections and resolve customer concerns with confidence.

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

✅ Follow up with leads and ensure conversions.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams to provide the best client experience.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare/medical industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Strong customer service and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
