Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and providing information about weekend home projects. The role focuses on initial client interaction and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and follow up on leads through outbound and inbound calls
* Explain project details to prospective clients
* Maintain daily call records and lead database
* Schedule site visits for interested clients
* Coordinate with the sales team for further closures
* Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
Required Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong convincing ability
* Basic understanding of sales process
* Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Preferred Profile:
* Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
