Job Title: Telecaller

Job location: Bhandup & Mulund

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to contact customers and promote our products/services. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, answering customer queries, and maintaining good relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
  • Explain products or services clearly
  • Answer customer questions and handle concerns
  • Maintain call records and customer details
  • Follow up with interested customers

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
  • Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
