Job Description

  • Role: Outbound Voice Process
  • Salary: 14,000 18,000 (fixed) + performance-based incentives
  • Shift Timing: 9:45 AM 6:45/7:00 PM (only day shift)
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)
  • Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai

Requirements:


  • Graduation mandatory
  • Fresher/Experienced both can apply
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge


Role & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain banking products and services clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as per business requirements.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
