Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller to make outbound calls to customers and explain our products/services. The main goal is to generate sales, follow up with leads, and maintain good customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers and explain products/services
  • Generate sales and achieve targets
  • Follow up with interested customers
  • Answer customer questions politely
  • Maintain call records and customer details

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confidence in talking to customers
  • Sales experience is a plus
