Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven candidates for the role of Outbound Telecaller for the Yes Bank process. This role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining banking products/services, and generating leads through outbound calls. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain Yes Bank products and services clearly
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain customer data and call records
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Skills Required
- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages preferred)
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
