š¼ *Job Role & Responsibilities* :
š Collection / Due Reminder Process (India First)
Calling customers for premium due reminders
Guiding customers about importance of insurance policy renewal
Explaining policy benefits and late payment impact
Assisting customers with payment process
Maintaining proper call records in system
Achieving daily call & collection targets
*Education: HSC (12th) Pass or above* š
Experience: Min. 6 months in Telecalling / BPO š
š° SALARY & PERKS
Salary: ā¹14,000 to ā¹20,000 Net (Based on your experience) šø
Timings: * 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM š
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM š
Weekly Off: Rotational Day Off ( *Sunday* is working day) šļø
