Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through outbound calls regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and remind them of payment due dates.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Escalate difficult cases to the Team Leader or Manager when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
- Update customer information and payment status in the system.
