About the Role:
We are hiring Telecallers for the Yes Bank Process. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, explaining banking-related services, handling customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships. Candidates should have good communication skills, confidence while speaking, and a customer-friendly approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products and services
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information over calls
- Explain offers, services, and process details to customers
- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines
- Update customer details and call records in the system
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Coordinate with team leaders for process updates and support
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
