Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused, and well-spoken Telecaller to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience through excellent communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally for many clinical calling purposes.

- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and remind patients about appointments.

- Respond to patient queries politely and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate patient records and update appointment schedules.

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Female

- Age: 28 years and above (Preferred)

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).

- Gujarati or Marathi language proficiency will be an added advantage (Optional).

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Experience in telecalling, customer service is preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Pleasant telephone etiquette and a patient-centric approach.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Salary

Minimum 15 k negotiable. Plus performance-based incentives.
