Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain daily call records and customer database.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Requirements:Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
• Minimum qualification: / Graduate.
