Job Title: CRM Executive – Automobile

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, follow-ups, and data management within our automobile dealership. The CRM Executive will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, improving retention, supporting the sales and service teams, and ensuring proper lead management through the CRM system.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
• Track and assign sales and service leads to respective teams
• Conduct follow-ups with customers for inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and post-sales feedback
• Monitor lead conversion ratios and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Ensure timely follow-up on lost leads and inactive customers
• Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams for campaigns and customer engagement activities
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
• Conduct customer satisfaction (CSI) and service feedback calls
• Support customer retention and loyalty programs
• Maintain database hygiene and ensure data accuracy
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or automobile dealership operations
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
