Role:


Communicate with customers via WhatsApp and phone calls (Hindi + English)

Explain products and convert leads into sales

Do regular follow-ups with interested customers

Maintain and update customer data properly (Excel/CRM)


Requirements:


Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

Strong follow-up and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of data entry in Excel / Google Sheets

Must be organized and comfortable with calling & WhatsApp
