Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (Banking & Loans)

Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller to promote banking products like Car Loans, Top-Up Loans, Balance Transfer and Re-finance over phone calls. The role requires interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Call customers from provided database

• Explain loan products, interest rates, EMI & eligibility

• Understand customer requirement and suggest best option

• Handle customer objections professionally

• Generate leads & close deals over phone

• Maintain customer details in CRM / Excel

• Regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp

• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with bank & documentation team

Skills & Requirements

• Good communication in Hindi & English (Hinglish), Marathi and Gujrati

• Experience in banking / finance / telecalling preferred

• Strong convincing & negotiation skills

• Ability to work in target-based environment

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel)

• Confident, positive & customer-oriented attitude
