Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective communication.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign updates.
Handle objections and negotiate to close sales successfully.
Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback for improvement.
