Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Maintain a database of customer information and interactions
- Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns
- 🧠 Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Basic computer skills (CRM software, MS Office, etc.)
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good listening skills and customer-focused approach
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
