Job Description
🚛 Hiring for (Logistics Process)
Company Name: Business Growth Services
Location: A-122, Building No.5, Mittal Industrial Estate, Marol, Andheri East, 400059
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and potential logistics clients (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.)
Understand client requirements related to delivery rider onboarding
Present and explain company quotations for rider onboarding services
Convince and convert clients who are not currently onboarding riders
Build strong and professional business relationships
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO (Logistics experience preferred)
Freshers: Can apply if communication skills are strong
💰 Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)
Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 (In-hand)
Incentives: (You can earn up to ₹50,000 incentives based on performance 💸)
🕙 Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Week Off: Sunday Fixed
