Telesales Executive

We are looking for a result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Credit Cards, Insurance products and Loans to prospective customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales through calls,

Key Responsibilities

•    Generate and handle leads for Credit Cards, Insurance, and Loan products.

•    Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits clearly to customers

•   Sell products such as:Credit Cards, Insurance and Loans

•    Guide customers through documentation and application process

•    Collect KYC and required documents

•    Coordinate with banks/NBFCs/insurance partners for smooth processing

•    Follow up with customers

•    Achieve assigned sales targets

•    Maintain accurate records in CRM

Qualification:

• 12th pass can apply
• Prior experience in Credit Card, Loan, or Insurance sales preferred
