Leonard Finance Private Limited is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our loan products, and guiding them through the application process. **Key Responsibilities:**

*  Make outbound and handle inbound calls to promote and sell our loan products.

*  Effectively convert sales leads into new customers by clearly explaining product features and benefits.

*  Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve any issues.

*  Collect required documents from clients via email or WhatsApp.

*  Follow up diligently with customers to ensure loan applications are completed and closed successfully.

*  Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

*  **Experience:** Freshers are welcome and encouraged to apply.

*  **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass.

*  **Age:** 18 - 35 years.

*  **Skills:**

  *  Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  *  A sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

  *  A persuasive and professional demeanor.

*  **Language:** Basic English proficiency.
