Position
Sales & Marketing Manager
Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villas and holiday packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing excellent customer service.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Promote company services through online and offline marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in dealing with customers over the phone.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, CRM is a plus).
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduate candidates will be preferred.
