Job Title: Telesales Executive (Loan Process)
📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
🕒 Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Telesales / Loan Sales / BFSI
Job Description
We are hiring a result-oriented Telesales Executive for our loan products division. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.), and converting leads into successful sales. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits clearly
Generate and qualify leads, and close sales
Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships
Coordinate with backend team for loan processing
Maintain records of calls and update CRM
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in telesales / loan sales / BFSI sector
Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
Target-driven and self-motivated
