Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  2. Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  3. Explain computer products, laptops, desktops, accessories, printers, and related services.
  4. Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback.
  5. Generate sales leads and schedule customer visits when required.
  6. Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
  7. Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and order status.
  8. Inform customers about new products, offers, and promotions.
  9. Resolve basic customer queries or escalate them to the appropriate team.
  10. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
