Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams.

Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively.

Maintain a professional and presentable tone in all client interactions.

Keep detailed records of calls, client information, and feedback.

Follow up with prospects and maintain strong follow-through.

Meet daily/weekly calling targets and lead generation KPIs.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign coordination.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings
