KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call company-provided leads and explain products/services professionally.

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Update customer details, sales progress, and follow-up status in the CRM/system.

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
