Job Description
Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive – IT Infrastructure
Hoffentech Solutions Ltd. is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to generate business opportunities for our IT Infrastructure Solutions business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers.
- Generate qualified B2B leads for IT Infrastructure solutions.
- Introduce Hoffentech's products and services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM/Excel records.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
