Job Description

Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.  Understand customer requirements and effectively explain company products and services.  Conduct product demos and presentations over call or virtual platforms as required.  Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions and closure of sales.  Generate and share payment links with customers and ensure timely payment completion.  Provide post-sales support and address customer queries or concerns professionally.  Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or tracking systems.  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
