Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Sending quotations and PI
  • Maintaining vouchers
  • handeling petty cash
