Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Manager to lead and manage our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring excellent customer interaction over calls.

 Key Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telesales executives

* Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance

* Develop sales strategies to improve conversion rates

* Handle escalations and support team in closing deals

* Analyze call data, customer feedback, and sales metrics

* Ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and quality standards

* Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns

* Train new hires and conduct regular performance reviews
