Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. The role involves team supervision, performance monitoring, training, and close coordination with management to drive sustainable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive the team to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Training & Development: Coach team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
• Lead Distribution: Allocate leads strategically to maximize conversion rates and overall team efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report individual and team performance metrics regularly.
• Customer Engagement Strategy: Support the team in understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
• Motivation & Retention: Maintain high team morale, motivate employees, and reduce attrition through engagement initiatives.
• Coordination with Management: Share regular updates, performance reports, and insights with senior management while aligning team efforts with company goals.
