Job Description
Requirements – Smart Connect Advisor.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role (preferred).
Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; proficiency in Marathi / Gujarati or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
Strong ability to handle customer objections, rejections, and negotiations professionally.
Basic computer knowledge with the ability to work on CRM systems, MS Excel, and calling tools.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
