Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to leads/prospects from company database (industrial, EPC, construction sectors)
  • Explain product range (studs, nuts, bolts, fasteners) and pricing to potential customers
  • Follow up on inquiries received via WhatsApp, email, IndiaMART, and website
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders; coordinate with sales team for quotations
  • Maintain daily call records and update lead tracker/CRM sheet
  • Send product catalogues, price lists, and quotations to interested clients
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding order status, delivery, and payment
  • Report daily sales activity to reporting manager
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers for repeat business
