💼 Profile: TPA Executive / Sr. Executive

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on Experience)

✨ Eligibility Criteria:

🎓 Graduation is Mandatory

👤 Age Limit: 21 – 35 Years

📞 Minimum 1–5 Years Experience in TPA / Health Insurance / Hospital Coordination

📋 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle health insurance claims processing & coordination

✅ Manage cashless & reimbursement claim procedures

✅ Coordinate with hospitals, insurance companies & patients

✅ Verify policy details and claim documents

✅ Ensure smooth claim settlement process within TAT

✅ Maintain proper records, MIS reports & documentation

✅ Resolve customer queries related to claims and approvals

✅ Follow up with insurers and hospitals for pending cases

💡 Skills Required:

✔ Good Communication Skills

✔ Knowledge of Health Insurance & TPA Process

✔ Claims Processing & Documentation Skills

✔ MS Excel & Basic Computer Knowledge

✔ Customer Handling & Coordination Skills

✔ Problem-Solving & Team Coordination

✔ Experience in Mediclaim / Health Insurance Operations

✔ Knowledge of Cashless Authorization Process

✔ Experience with TPA portals & hospital desk handling
