Job Description

Reliable IT Services is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience along with a strong sales process background and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct induction and process training for new hires.

* Deliver product, process, sales, and soft skills training.

* Assess trainee performance through evaluations and mock sessions.

* Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training programs.

* Monitor training effectiveness and improve learning outcomes.

* Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training objectives are met.

* Maintain training reports, attendance, and documentation.

* Support continuous learning initiatives and process updates.

Requirements:

* Mandatory experience in a BPO company.

* Must have hands-on experience in Sales processes.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation abilities.

* Ability to create engaging training content and learning materials.

* Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Experience:

* 1-5 years of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO industry.

* Experience in voice sales processes will be an added advantage.
